Terms and Conditions:

·    All rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars.

·    Price quoted includes fuel, parking charges, toll charges, amenities and driver.

·    Airport Arrival meet and greet service for 40-45 seater coach additional SGD$65.00.

·    Airport Arrival includes professional meet and greet service at the arrival hall.

·    Airport Arrival includes a 60 minutes immigration clearance time.

·    Any change in pick-up time more than 15 minutes will need to inform 24 hours before.

·    Any waiting time more than 15 minutes will be charged for all departure and normal transfers.

·    Any waiting time more than 60 minutes will be charged 3 hours hourly disposal for all transfers.

·    Any extra pick-up/drop-off more than 3 kilometres will be charged an additional way.

·    All vehicles are subjected to availability, if the requested vehicle is not available, we will arrange

another vehicle of the same price or higher, able to fit all passengers and luggages without any additional charges.

·    Any 2 ways transfer 3 hours apart will be charged as 3 hours hourly disposal.

·    No eating, drinking, or smoking in any of the vehicles at all times, if the vehicle is dirty. There will be a SGD$165.00 cleaning fee.

·    Special events such as F1, Air show, Sea Games etc. will be charged based on market rates.

·    Credit card payment additional 10% admin charge.

·    Rates quoted for departure, arrival and point-to-point transfer is only for transfer from one point to another point.

·    Hourly booking must be used consecutively, no breaking in between.

·    Any special request on bookings might have additional charges depending on how complicated is the request.

·    Full payment upon confirmation for new clients.
 

Additional Charges for E-Class, Alphard/Vellfire, Vito/Viano/V-Class and Toyota Hi-roof:

·    Any waiting time after 15 minutes of pick up time additional SGD$20.00.

·    Any waiting time after 30 minutes of pick up time additional SGD$40.00.

·    Any waiting time after 45 minutes of pick up time an additional 1 way charge.

·    Destination going to Jurong West, Jurong Island, Tuas area additional SGD$20.00.

·    Any transfers with extra pick-up/drop-off within 3 kilometres additional SGD$20.00 charge.

·    Midnight sur-charge between 2300hrs to 0700hrs additional SGD$20.00 per hour or per transfer.

·    Any cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged 100%.

·    Additional Chinese New Year sur-charge for first and second day of Chinese New Year SGD$20.00.
 

Additional Charges for S-Class, Mini Bus and Coach:

·    Any waiting time after 15 minutes of pick up time additional SGD$35.00.

·    Any waiting time after 30 minutes of pick up time additional SGD$70.00.

·    Any waiting time after 45 minutes of pick up time additional 1 way.

·    Midnight sur-charge between 2300hrs to 0700hrs additional SGD$35.00 per hour or per transfer.

·    Destination going to Jurong West, Jurong Island, Tuas area additional SGD$35.00.

·    Any transfers with extra pick-up/drop-off within 3 kilometres SGD$35.00 charge.

·    Additional Chinese New Year sur-charge for first and second day of Chinese New Year SGD$35.00.

·    Any cancellation less than 48 hours will be charge 100%.

 

Luggage Van Services

·    Airport Arrival/Departure 1 way SGD$260.00.

·    Midnight surcharge between 2300hrs to 0700hrs additional SGD$20.00 per hour or per

·    Any waiting time for than 2 hours additional SGD$80.00 per hour.
