• All rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars.

• The price quoted includes fuel, parking charges, toll charges, amenities and a driver.

• Any adjustment to the pick-up time beyond a 15-minute difference must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. This policy does not extend to arrival transfers.

• Any modification to the pick-up time within a 15-minute window must be communicated with a minimum of one hour's notice prior to the scheduled pick-up. This policy does not extend to arrival transfers.

• Each arrival booking is strictly limited to one (1) flight number any change in flight number less than 24 hours will be charged as late cancellation.

• Any pick-up within Changi Airport premises, including Jewel Changi Airport, will be treated as an Airport Arrival Transfer.

• Any cancellation made using a credit card as payment will incur a credit card administration charge based on the Stripe processing fee.

• Any two-way transfer 3 hours apart will be charged as a 3-hour hourly disposal.

• Please refrain from eating, drinking, or smoking inside the limousines at all times. Failure to comply may result in a SGD $165.00 cleaning fee if the limousine is found to be dirty due to these activities.

• We enforce a strict NO-SMOKING policy in all our vehicles. If any guests violate this policy, we reserve the right to terminate the hire immediately without any refund or compensation.

• Any extra pick-up/drop-off more than 3 kilometres will be charged an additional way.

• Rates quoted for departure, arrival and normal transfer are only for point-to-point transfer.

• Any special requests on bookings might have additional charges depending on how complicated the request is.

• Please notify us in advance, at the time of booking confirmation, if you plan to bring pets into our limousine vehicle.

• Hourly bookings should be utilized continuously, without any breaks between hours within a single day.

• Number of people and luggage must be declared upon confirmation. If the declared number is incorrect, we reserve the right to reject any additional passengers or luggage.

• Any booking less than 24 hours will be subject to availability.

• Drivers will arrive at pick-up locations on time, without prior notification.

• Kindly note that we reserve the right to cancel your booking or allocate the slot to another party if we do not receive the payment as stipulated.

• Any extension out of the booked hours will be subject to availability for hourly bookings.

• There is a charge of SGD $20.00 for a child seat.

• Full payment upon confirmation.

 

Additional Charges for E-Class, Alphard/Vellfire, Vito/Viano/V-Class and Toyota Hi-roof:

• Any waiting time after 15 minutes of pick-up time is an additional SGD $20.00 for airport departure transfer or normal transfers.     

• Any waiting time after 30 minutes of pick-up time is an additional SGD $40.00 for airport departure transfer or normal transfers.

• Any waiting time after 45 minutes of pick-up time is an additional 1 way for airport departure transfer or normal transfers.

• Waiting beyond 60 minutes from the airport arrival time will incur an additional charge of one-way trip.

• A midnight surcharge of SGD $20.00 applies per hour or per transfer from 2300hrs to 0700hrs.

• A SGD $15.00 outskirt area surcharge is applicable for all transfers in Kranji, Sembawang, Yishun, Woodlands, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Batok, Upper Bukit Timah, Jurong East and West Coast.

• An extra fee of SGD $25.00 is applicable for all transfers heading towards Jurong West, Jurong Island, and Tuas area.

• A surcharge of SGD $20.00 per hour or per transfer is applicable during peak seasons, including Chinese New Year's Eve, the first and second day of Chinese New Year, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year.

• There is an extra charge of SGD $35.00 per hour or per transfer during significant events such as Formula 1, Air Show, or Olympic games.

• An extra charge of SGD$20.00 will apply for additional pick-up or drop-off locations situated 3 kilometres below.

• Airport Arrival pick-up include 60 minutes of immigration clearance time starting from flight landing time.

• The pick-up for ferry or cruise arrivals includes a 60-minute allowance for immigration clearance, starting from the time of ferry or cruise docking.

• Charges will apply for waiting times exceeding 15 minutes, applicable solely to departures and regular transfers, and subject to availability.

• Any cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged 100%.

 

Additional Charges for S-Class:

• Waiting beyond 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time incurs an extra SGD $35.00 charge for airport departure or standard transfers.

• Waiting beyond 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time incurs an extra SGD $70.00 charge for airport departure or standard transfers.

• Waiting beyond 45 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time incurs an additional 1 way for airport departure or standard transfers.

• Waiting beyond 60 minutes from the pick-up time incurs a minimum charge of 3 hours billed on an hourly basis.

• A midnight surcharge of SGD  35.00 applies per hour or per transfer from 2300hrs to 0700hrs.

• A SGD $35.00 outskirt area surcharge is applicable for all transfers in Kranji, Sembawang, Yishun, Woodlands, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Batok, Upper Bukit Timah, Jurong East and West Coast.

• An extra fee of SGD $55.00 is applicable for all transfers heading towards Jurong West, Jurong Island, and Tuas area.

• A surcharge of SGD $30.00 per hour or per transfer is applicable during peak seasons, including Chinese New Year's Eve, the first and second day of Chinese New Year, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year.

• Additional charges, based on market rates, may apply during major events such as Formula 1, Air Show, or Olympic games.

• Airport Arrival pick-up include 60 minutes of immigration clearance time starting from flight landing time.

Additional Charges for Mini-Bus and Coach:

• Any waiting time after 30 minutes will be charged 1 additional way for airport departure, airport arrival and point-to-point transfer.

• Any waiting time more than 60 minutes will be charged SGD $80.00 every block of 30 minutes and subject to availability.

• A midnight surcharge of SGD $45.00 applies per hour or per transfer from 2300hrs to 0700hrs.

• A SGD $25.00 outskirt area surcharge is applicable for all transfers in Kranji, Sembawang, Yishun, Woodlands, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Batok, Upper Bukit Timah, Jurong East and West Coast.

• An extra fee of SGD $45.00 is applicable for all transfers heading towards Jurong West, Jurong Island, and Tuas area.

• An extra charge of SGD $30.00 will apply for additional pick-up or drop-off locations situated 3 kilometres below.

• A peak season surcharge, based on market rates, will be applied during Chinese New Year Eve, the first day and the second day of Chinese New Year, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and New Year.

• Additional charges, based on market rates, may apply during major events such as Formula 1, Air Show, or Olympic games.

• All meet-and-greet services will incur an additional charge of SGD $35.00.

• Each piece of baggage will incur a charge of SGD $2.50 for coach bus transportation.

• A SGD $4.50 charge will apply for each golf set delivered.

• Any cancellation less than 48 hours will be charged 100%.
